WEDDING AT KIA-ORA.
A wedding took place on Wednesday at Kai-oro, when MisS Christina Millar, daughter ol ,tho. late Mr Potcr Millar, was married to Mr James Bruco, son of Mr John Brace, "Mnrrel," Otama,Gor o . Tho ceremony was performed oy th ß Rev Mr,Rosevcave. The bridu was' given, away by her brother, Mr John Millar) and tho bridegroom was atattended by Mr Donald Bruce. The bridesmaids wero Miss Nellie Millar and l Miss E. A. Bruce. After tho ceremony the guests adjourned to tho marquee on the lawn, whew tlio breakfast 1 was laid out, Mr Roosevearc, in a humorous speech, proposed the health of the brido and bridegroom, and congratulated the bridegroom on his choice of a wife. Tho following toasts were proposed. Mr James Bruce "Tlio Bridesmaids," responded to by.
