4 —- Per Press Association. Dmicdin, May 21. The third minimi meeting of shareholders in Wright, Stephenson and Co. was held to-day. The directors' report stated (lint the profit and loss account showed a credit balance jof .£21,559 Gs 7d, from which had to be deducted the interim dividend for the six months ended September 30, 190S (£(1112 L's Id), leaving a balance of £18,117 -Is fid. The directors recommended that after making fixed payments on the founders and preference shares, a dividend at the rate of C per rent per annum be paid, leaving £S67S 7s 7d to lie rarried forward. On the motion of Mr W. D. Hunt, seconded by Sir James Hills, the report and balance-sheet were adopted. The retiring director (Mr .T. A. Johnston) was re-elected.
