At a meeting of oroditors of Goo. Edward Alderton, nevrapaper proprietor at Wanearei, tho liabilities wer« stated to be Ll3OO. The assets (LGSO) hara boon seized under a bill of salo. Mr James Wriuley, architeot, haa died of quinsey.
