NEW ZKALAND (to wit). In tho matter of a Bill intituled "Tho Union Bank of Australia Limited Aot." NOTIOR IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Union Bunk of Australia, Limited, intend to present a petition to the General Assembly of New Zealand at its next session Jiraying for leave to introduce a bill, to be ntituled "The Union Bank of AuitriOi* Limited Aot, 1882." By the said Bill it it intended to repeal the Ordinance of the Governor and Legislative Counoil of New Zealand, intituled " An ordinance for facilitating proceedings by and against a certain joint stock company called the Union Bank of Australia, and for other purposes therein mentioned session three number seven," aud it is intended to contain provisions continuing to the Uuion Bank of Australia, Limited, tho powers conferred on the Union Bank of Australia by seotion 5 of the " Bank and Bankers Aot, 1880." Copies of the said Bill will he deposited in the office of tho Examiner of Standing Orders on or before the commencement of the session. Dated this twenty third day of March, 1882.
