Exhibits will bo admitted in bond, and can only bo sold to bo delivered at tho close of the Exhibition; but exhibitors who wish to mako sales with immedia c delivery I must pay duty in advance together with a license fee of L 2 10s per, week por stand, payable in advance. 7. All fittings, show cases, shelving, etc., which exhibitors require must bo provided at their own expense. 8 The executive reserve the right of rejecting any proposed exhibit, ana the intro duction of dangerous or offensive substances is strictly prohibited. 9. Every precaution will bo taken for tho safe preservation of all exhibits against theft or fire ; but tho executive can undertake no responsibility for accidents however
