DBTJNK AND DISOBDEBLT. For this offence Charles Moncar was fined 5s.
SUPPOSED ITJNACT. Thomas M'Donald was brought up charged with being of unsound mind. A medical certificate having been given that the man could be discharged, the Bench ordered his discharge accordingly.
