E. Clajton, Inspector of Sheep, v. Kcid arid Uathgate. — This caso fell through lor want of evidence. It appears that Mr Tescheraakcr, on the information of a bhepherd of his, informed the Inspector that defendant's sheep had been trespassing beyond their boundary hue on the i)th instant. Defendant, however, clearly proved that Ins Bheep were on that particular day in his yards. The case was dismissed.
