PUBLIC NOTICE. T)U^BLIC MEETING. The lato Provincial Executive recently agreed to proceed with the erection of a Jetty at Oamaru, and were taking steps for that purpose when they left office. As it is highly important for this town aud district that the viewa of the present Executive should be ascertained on the subject, and that the formation of the Jetty Bhould be urged forward, we hereby request that a general Public Meeting bo held in the hall of Baker's Northern Hotel, on FRIDAY first, at 7 p.m., to consider the matter. (Subsciibed by upwards of forty persons.) Oamaru, April 26th, 1865.
