M.U. Lodge Notes The usual meeting of the Loyal Kaitaia Lodge took place last Tuesday evening. Sister Powell was Noble Grand. The social part of the programme was a musical evening, Mr. J. Cowie opening procedings with a community sing, thoroughly enjoyed by all. Items were given by Bro. R. Gibbins, Bro. Lew Jones and Bro. W. Coulter. Misses E. Spanliake, J. Michie and L. Maria were initiated members of the Order. Next Saturday will be a special meeting, when members of the Whangarei Lodge will be making the trip to attend a combined installation of officers. Noble Grand for the coming term will be Sister M. Blythe, Vice-Grand Sister A. Blythe and Elective Secretary Bro. L. Dixon.
