The Kaitaia Suppliers Have Position Placed Before Them
“That the meeting adjourn until such time as the directors may call the shareholders together again, if required, in the event of the Zoning Commission altering its decision in the light of any new evidence that the Oruru company may put before its members.” “That the Kaitaia company directors hold no further conferences with the Oruru company directorate unless an independent chairman presides at the conference.” These were the two resolutions that cane from the extraordinary genera! meeting of shareholders to the Kaitaia Dairy Company held at Kaitaia on Wednesday. There was not a large gathering, the chairman of directors, Mr. C. B. Michie being in the chair and associated with him was Mr. A. J. Murdoch, chairman of the Dairy Board.
