JUNIOR RESULTS
Takahue wins from the Valley
Playing at Victoria Valley, the local junior team wa defeated by the Takahue juniors. These two teams were the leaders of the junior competition, and this is the Valley’s first defeat, Takahue going through the first round without a loss. Batting first, Takahue compiled 116 while the Valley team gave a poor exhibibition against accurate bowling, ana were dismissed for 47. In their second innings Takahue knocked up 85 for the loss of 7 wickets, and with less than an hour to play the home team was faced with a deficit of 154.
