On account of the number of players still away on holidays, the County Tennis competitions will not recommence until Saturday the 13th inst. when Kaiaka plays Kaitaia at Kaiaka and the Valley plays Peria at the Valley.
Mr. R. Smith, of Kaitaia, was successful in winning the Guerin Cup in the Men’s Singles at the Kaikohe Tennis Tournament at the beginning of this week. In the Men’s Championship Doubles, Smith partnered with Berghan and won that competition.
