HEREKINO SCHOOL SPORTS

The Wednesday before the holidays was the children’s day out at Ilerekino the occasion being the annual school picnic. A happy crowd of children and parents assembled in Mr. R. Smith’s ground, and a most enjoyable day was spent. In the afternoon Santa Claus arrived on the scene, and presents from a gaily decorated Christmas tree were distributed hv him to the school children and little ones.
