Annual Meeting of Referees’ Association.
The annual meeting of the Matigonui Rugby Referees' Association was held in Kaitaia on Tuesday evening when there was only a small attendance of members. Mr. P. Yendell was re-elected President and Mr. G. Foster Secretary, for the ensuing year. The executive committee elected were Mr. W. Subritzky and the President and Secretary. Mr. R. Stevenson was appointed delegate to the N.A. Referees’ Association and Mr. G. Foster delegate to the Mangonui Rugby Union. A vote of thanks to last year’s officials was carried and various matters affecting the association discussed.
