Mr. C. B. Thomas, of Auckland, who has joined the legal firm of Greville & Bramwell, vice Mr. D. R. Wood, reached Kaitaia during the week and has commenced practice. Inward passengers per S. S. Mr. A. C. Noble left tor Auckland on Tuesday, where he joins the Ulimaroa on Friday for Sydney. He leaves Sydney on the 20th inst by the Largs Bay for England and expects to be back in New Zealand before Christmas. Mr. Thomas O’Brien, of Auckland, is 1 the new licensee of the Mangonui Hotel.
