PUBLIC INTEREST
The subjects of the "War Baby” and the “Alien Question” which have recently been discussed by the Kaitaia Chamber of Commerce have aroused considerable public interest outside this district. Mr Field Member for Nelson, has recently written to the Secretary congratulating the Chamber upon the fearless manner in which it had tackled matters of such urgent public imiwrtancc, we publish below a criticism of these two vital topics extracts from the “Otoralmnga Times.”
