The Run contains about 40,000 acres (more or less), is well defined by river-boundaries and purchased land, and is considered to be as fine a fattening run as any in the Province ; has Dipping-tanks, Draftingyards, &c, complete. With the Run there will be let about 6,100 Sheep, of mixed ages and Bexex. The Run can be seen at any time, and possession given on Ist April, 1569. Conditions of lease, with plan of Run, can be seen at the house of Mr. A. Mowat, Awatere, or at the office of Mr. James S. Cross, Nelson, by either of whom tenders, addressed Messrs.
