Onr market wears a most satisfactory appearance, the general trade of the North is Tery good, and stocks of the raw material rapidly entering into consumption. Although present ratee can scarcely be looked for in May, yet steady and satisftctorr prices may be looked for throughont the year, should no pofiucal or monetary complications lead to a dull trade.
