On the 10th March, at his residence, Waimeastreet, Mr. E. B. A. Eban, aged 55 years. On the 14th March, at Mouut Heslington, Alice Harriotte, wife of John George Miles, Esq., in her 23 rd year.
On the 15th March, at the Post-office, Spring Grove, Arthur Joseph, third son of Mr. Thomas Andrews, Spring Grove, aged two years and eleven months.
In the Abstract of Accounts of Nelson College, printed in our last issue, for "To rentals, £800," read "To rentals, £100." A.nd, for "To scholarships, £84 13s. 3d., read "To scholarships, £800." In the same paper, the last three paragraphs of the article headed " How a Fire is extinguished in Melbourne," were carried by mistake to the foot of the preceding column, and made to follow some extracts from the Otago papers.
