GEORGE AIKEN has received instructions to OFFER by PUBLIC AUCTION (if not previously disposed of by private bargain), at the Star and Garter, Ricumond, on MONDAY, the 28th current, at 12 o'clock, noon, TWO very comfortable HOMESTEADS in the districts of Spring Grove and MoriEßr. Tliat in the Srßixa-GROVE district is a 50-acre section of good arable ground, and situated in close proximity to the flourishing village of Spring Grove. There ia a new Dwelling House upon it ; and 12 acres of the land are substantially fenced, ploughed, and ready for crop. A never-foiling stream of water runs through this property. Timber, suitable for eveiy purpose, is plentiful m the neighbourhood ; and it is well bounded by public roads easy of access from the trunk-line. That in the MotrTERE district is a pretty little block of 27 acres of rich land, partially timbered ; has a noat weather-boarded Cottage upon it, and Garden attached j is well supplied with water.
