A never-failing stream of water runs through this property. Timber, suitable for every purpose, is plentiful in the neighbourhood ; and it is ■well hounded by public roads of easy access from tht trunk-line. That in tho Moutere district is a pretty little block of 27 acres of rich land, partially timbered ; has t neat weather-boarded Cottage upon it, and Gardet attaohed ; is well supplied with water. Several acres of the ground are broken up, ready for crop ; two> thirds of tho fencing required for the whole is split and on the ground for erection.
