“GOVERNMENT” IN GERMANY London, Sept. 29. The Berlin correspondent of the Zurich newspaper “La Suisse” reports that a so-called exile French Government has been formed at Sigmaringen Castle Germany, with Laval as premier, and Deat, Bricoux and Darnand among the Cabinet members. Marshal Petain has also taken up his headquarters at Sigmaringen.
