APPEAL BY GANDHI
Bombay, Sept. 28. Mr Gandhi, addressing a prayer meeting, said the failure of Dr Jinnah’s negotiations need not be the cause for despair. They had parted friends and would come together again. Mr Gandhi appealed to tlae public to bring about a settlement of conflicting views.
