News has been received by Mrs Hudson that her husband, Dr. Frank Hudson, is fit and well and still with the 3rd General Hospital in Italy. Mr and Mrs G. G. Haytcr, Takaka, have received word from the India Command that their second son. Major A. G. Hayter, has been wounded in Burma. Mr Frank O’Connor. County Clerk. Collingwood, has received letters from his son,'Warrant Officer Brian O'Connor. who is stationed in England, stating that he is keeping well.
