STIRRING UP OF TROUBLE BY CIVILIANS WARNING BY MAGISTRATE Wellington, June 22. A warning that in future gaol sentences without the option of lines, would be imposed on men who tried to force servicemen into fights, was given by the Magistrate. Mr Stout, to-day after two men had pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly behaviour while drunk. The police said stirring up of trouble by civilians with visiting servicemen and New Zealand servicemen was becoming far too common.—P.A.
