U.S. BRIGADIER-GENERAL MISSING
Washington, Nov. 25. The War Department announced that Brigadier- General A. S. A. Duncan, Chief of the Air Staff for the European theatre of operations, has been missing for eight days. Brigadier-General Duncan’s plane disappeared off the north coast of France when en route from England to North Africa.
