NEW ZEALAND PRISONERS BEAT AUSTRALIANS London, June 11. New Zealand prisoners of war in Germany played the Australians at Rugby, and won 8-7. The team included Pilot Officer W. Houghton, Sergeant J. Mabey, both of Palmerston North, Sergeants D. Burton, Opunake. and C. Laird, Wanganui, Pilot Officers T. Newman, Timaru, and G. Baird, Napier, and Flying Officer E. Baker, Wellington. —P.A.
