LINKING PRIMARY PRODUCER INTERESTS The "Farmers’ Federation.” as it lias ‘ ' been appropriately named, has for some l months past been actively engaged in carrying out the important tasks for' which it was set up. states the annual report of the National Dairy Association. I Commercial Gardeners, Small-fruit Growers, Hop Growers. Maize Growers’ Association. Representation on the Council con-1 sists of four representatives each from the Dairy Industry. N.Z. Farmers’ Union, and the Sheepowners' Federa? i tion. and one each from the remaining eleven bodies. The present represen-i tatives for the Dairy Industrv are! Messrs W Marshall'. C P Agar. J. Dunlop and A. Linton, these appointments having been made through the Dairy Industry Council.
