FINE WITH SHARP FROSTS Wellington, This Day. The indications are for light to moderate and variable winds, weather fine, cold night with sharp frosts, day temperatures moderate. The further outlook is fair to fine. Last night, there was a frost of only 1 8 degrees which was the lightest re corded for the past ten days. The wea ther to-day was again clear and sunny with no wind. Yesterday seven hours of sunshine were recorded.
