RESOLUTIONS PASSED GANDHI RELIEVED OI LEADERSHIP (Rec. 11.0 a.m.) Bombay, Dec. 30. The Congress Working Committee passed a resolution relieving Gandhi of the leadership of Congress, and also passed a resolution absolving Gandhi from responsibility for the Congress policy, clearing the way for co operation in the war effort if the British response is adequate.—U.P.A.
