INTERNATIONAL OUTPOST Rugby, Oct. 20. Mr D rex el Biddle. United States Ambassador to the Allied Governments in London, was entertained by the In--1 terallied Rotary Outpost at a first “birthday” luncheon at the headquarters of the Overseas League to-day. Rotarians from five Allied peoples—- : Belgium, Czechoslovakia. Poland. Nethj erlands and the Free French —were I present. 1 Mr Biddle commended the outpost i oil its work during the 12 months it ! has been in existence. The chairman ! of *the outpost, Mr .James Ryan, said / it was hoped that from the outpost there would emerge an international \ organisation which would be officially recognised by all the Allied Governments whose nationals were members. —B.O.
