OVERCAST UITII INTERMITTENT RAIN Wellington, This Day. The indications are for moderate to strong winds from a northerly quarter, changing to south-wester-ly during to-morrow. The weather u iil probably prove cloudy to overcast with intermittent rain at first lint becoming changeable and I slicwry later, with moderate temperatures. The further outlook is for cool and showery weather, but j improving. I'lio weather broke again this morning ; after a short fine spoil, making another in a long series of wet Thursdays. Only five points had fallen up to 930 o’clock, but tin' rain continued throughout the I day. With naif the month still to go i tho rainfali has already amounted to 7.12 inches. Yesterday the sunshine amounted to 7 hours 45 minutes.
