EFFECT OF CONCENTRATION PLAN London, Oct. 13. I „ The "Daily Telegraph’s industrial correspondent says that the concentration of industry has so far resulted in the release of 145,000 workers for more important war work and also 45.000.000 square feet of factory space has been freed for munitions production or government storage. A total of 950 factories have closed or are closing under the limitation of supplies order. —U.P.A.
