PARLIAMENT SETTING IP COMMISSIONERS The ex-Shah of Iran, whose future is being discussed by the British and Russian Governments, is reported to be still at liis palace in Isfahan, in central Iran. Parliament has set lip several commissions to reform laws and practices which a month ago no one would have cared to question. One of these is T Connection with State monopolies which in the past strangled commercial initiative for the benefit of the exShah.
