DELAYED SPRING IN WAIKATO PRODUCTION RETARDED Hamilton, Sept. 22. i An improvement in the weather during the last few days has stimulated the growth of grass, and better farming conditions are now being experienced. The spring has been very backward owing to frequency of late frosts, and pro-1 duction is much behind what it was at j this time last year.
