RECENT DECISION MODIFIED STATEMENT BY MINISTER Wellington, This Day. The Minister of Defence, Mr F. Jones stated to-day that, in connection with the recent announcement that ! future reinforcement drafts for the > Second N.Z.E.F. would be trained, at! Trentham, it has not been found possible within the time available to provide in Trentham military camp the extra accommodation necessary to receive all personnel of the next reinforcement draft and that a portion of the draft will be trained in the mobilisation camps at Papakura and Burnham. Mr Jones added tha infantr> and Maori reinforcements from the Northern Military District will be trained at Papakura and infantry reinforcements from the Southern Military District will be trained at Burnham.—P.A.
