RUSSIAN GRAND DUKE
AT HITLER’S HEADQUARTERS Rec. noon) London. Sept. 9. The Grand Duke Cyril of Russia, who after the death of the Grand Duke Nicholas, proclaimed himself Emperor of all the Russias, is at present at Hitler's headquarters on the eastern front with his son. the Grand Duke Vladimir, who Hitler is reported to be intending to proclaim Czar of the Ukraine. Reporting this the British United Press Zurich correspondent saj’s it is regarded as significant that the new German maps of Russia arc again bearing old Czarist names.—U.P.A.
