SOLDIERS TO VOTE
MEMBERS OF FORCES ROLL BEING PREPARED (From Our Parliamentary Reporter) Wellington, This Day. Provision was being made for each member of the forces serving overseas to vote for his home electorate, irrespective of whether he had been enrolled before he left New Zealand, said th acting-Prime Minister (Mr Nash ) in a written reply to a question in the House of Representatives yesterday afternoon. Mr J. O'Brien (Govt,. Westland) had asked whether steps would be taken to ensure an opportunity to all overseas soldiers to be enrolled on the general electoral roll. Mr Nash added that a Members ot the Forces Roll was being prepared, and it would show each ! man s last residential address and electorate. j
