CONFERENCE WITH ADMIRAL KING (Rec. 11.20 a.m. i Washington, Aug. 5. The Navy Department announced that President Roosevelt conferred with Admiral King, Commander of the Atlantic Fleet aboard his cruising yacht Potomac to-day.
