ART OF SUBVERSIVE WARFARE

Bruce Lockhart, British representative to the Czechoslovak Government m London, addressing a Manchester gathering, said that, in the art of subversive warfare, the Czechs are far ahead of any other European people. In the so-called “Protectorate” they are marvellously organised and self-disciplined. Bravely they risk death daily to serve their own and the common cause. He said further that, if the subversive efforts of the oppressed millions can be co-ordinated in the general war strategy | so as to prevent premature action and ] ensure simultaneous risings against the oppressors at the right moment, the war! may he shortened by many months.
