FATALLY INJURED

FORMER ALL BLACK ACCIDENT TO JACK STEEL Greymouth, This Day. Mr Jack Steel , the former All Black footballer, was ftaally injured in a motor accident on the south beach. Early this morning with a companion, Mr Charles Jones, he was found in a creek. Steel was dead and Jones who was seriously injured was taken to hospital. Steel who was aged 40. is survived by a widow and six children.— P.A.
