[ Constable W. Sullivan, who has been , stationed in Nelson for a number of j years and who is the local senior Rugby selector, has received notice of hi* transfer to Christchurch. Mr Les. M. Estcourt. formerly of Nelson and of the Agriculture Department, i has been reinstated into the Public Service and is awaiting advice of a definite j appointment.
