AUSTRALIAN A GRE E >IE N T EXPECTED Sydney, Aug. Agreement between the Slate and Federal Government to establish new permanent shipbuilding yards is expected to be reached next week. Il is understood that a plan to reopen Walsh Island has been abandoned and that a new site has been chcsen. The pro posed site is considered large enough for three slipwavs to hold 10.000 ton vessels. UP A.
