OVERWHELMING SUPPORT OF PARLIAMENT (Rec. 9.0 a.m.) Cairo, Aug. 1. The Cabinet which yesterday resigned lias been reformed on a broader basis. Hussein Sirry continues to head the Cabinet, which now has an overwhelming Parliamentary majority. It includes five Liberals, five Independents, and five Saad. The Saadists, who hitherto have been in opposition, are led by Ahmed Maher, who is strongly pro-British. The principal portfolios are unchanged. The Wald is the only party that is not represented in the Cabinet.—U.P.A.
