DEPARTURE OF JAPANESE STEAMER ACTION BY IMPORTERS San Francisco, Aug. 1. The departure of the Japanese liner Tatuta Maru received an unexpected check when importers filed libel actions seeking possession of valuable cargo, which includes 2.500.000 dollars worth of silk.
