FREEMAN SHIELD COMPETITION In the Rechabite Ilall another frame in the Freeman .Shield competition was held between the Rechabites and the Nelson 1.0.0. F., when the fomer won by four frames to one. Sister Reeves, of the Welcome Rebekah. acted as referee. The scores were as follows: (Nelson Lodtre names mentioned first): 'Messrs Curry and Day 3 Gay ami Holbrook 4: Anderson and Ward 6. Leaper and Murray 3; Simpson and Hitchcock 5 Barnett and Wieehern 7; Coleman and Westrupp 1, Barltrop and Mitchener 6: Pellew and Westrupp 0 Smith and Williams 10. The next games in the competition will take place on Tuesday and Wednesday next m the Rechabite Hall and Oddfellows Hall between Rebekah and Tasman and Nelson and Howard Loges respectively.
