IRON DUKE SEA SCOUTS

SATURDAY’S CONCERT AND DANCE AT ROWING CLUB SHED For the first time for several years Port residents are to have the opportunity of enjoying a special concert in the Rowing Club shed. A variety of items by local artists includes sea shanties by the Sea Scouts, lariat spinning and sketches. A full piano accordean band, under the leadership of Mr A. Brake, will give several items for the concert, and afterwards supply music for the dance, which will continue until midnight. A hot supper is being provided for the patrons at the dance. Proceeds are for the purpose of a fund enabling the Sea Scouts to attend the 1 great Centennial Jamboree towards the end of the year.
