The Naval Year Book disclose* thi.-.t Germany is laying down 28 sufcv.a-ines, making a total of 99 with n ‘onnage equal to Britain’s. The new Jraft will have 4.1 inch and 3A *ac’j guns. The tonnage of a new battleship which is now on the stocks will be 40,000.
