This morning, by nine votes to two, the Canterbury Education Board virtually decided that swimming is not a game, and that it is permissible fof swimmers to use school baths on Sundays. How r ever, by a motion passed by the board, tennis players and others will hot be able to use school grounds fof the purpose of playing games on Sundays.
