MOTORIST PROSECUTED AT WELLINGTON (United Press Association) WELLINGTON, This Day. “You are just starting to take proceedings in these cases?” asked the Magistrate. Mr Stout, when the police prosecutor was describing how a motorist obstructed a footpath by parking a car so that the rear portion extended over the kerb. The answer was in the affirmative, with the explanation that warning notices on cars did not reach the majority, and the prosecution was brought with a view to drawing attention of motorists to the matter.
